  Bad experience. I have been a frequent customer at this location but never again. I went in to print a .pdf that I had on a thumb drive, which is something I have done there before. Was told about the $2 charge to use the computer and the cost of the copies. This was expected by me and was no problem. The problem came when the document would not print. The sales associate tried to print the document doing basically the same thing that I did, then declaring that there was something wrong with the document. I tried a couple of other things with no luck and told her that I would go home with my thumb drive, try to figure out if indeed there was something wrong with the document and return to get it printed when I had solved the problem. I was then told that I still had to pay the $2 computer rental for use of the machine. I explained that I was not going to pay unless the computer had been able to process the print request. A strident but civil exchange followed which included the manager. I explained that I would be happy to pay the small fee if the job had been printed, but I did not agree that I should since the computer could not process the document. It was explained to me that the document was likely at fault. I countered that I was willing to look into that possibility and return and pay the fee and the cost of the printing if that were the case and I managed to fix the file. No, I was told I had to pay the rental. Rediculous. I annually spent about $300 in this location in shipping and printing and they were perfectly willing to throw that away over $2 worth of none service. I told them it was the worst customer service I had ever seen and left. I then went to a nearby OFFICE DEPOT and they were able to access the document and print it in much less time than this has taken to write. They also do shipping there and they will get that business from me from now on. If I rented a post hole digger and didn't use it right that's my fault, but if I rented it and it didn't work that's not my problem.

  I use this store for all of my small business needs. The staff is always professional and friendly. I love that I can just walk in, get what I need done, and walk out. It's easy and convenient. The owner is usually very active and hands on, which is refreshing to see. I've moved around a lot the past few years and this is probably one of the top stores I've used as far as customer service and knowledge goes.
